1968 Chevrolet El Camino Yenko / SC trim Additional Info:
All original and solid .. car / truck ! With its orig. hi-po 327/325 hp & pwr. glide trans and factory rear . Has p/s, pwr. drum brakes,pwr. steering! To the best of my knowledge I am the third owner of the car! The man i bought the car from told me he had got this car from it's original owner! who had owned a Chevrolet dealership and had it repainted and installed the yenko/sc package decals on the car !How ever I do not know if there was ever a legit Don yenko el-camino ever built ?
This is a very nice El Camino. And It runs great with its 327 engine which has been rebuilt and beefed up a little as well. The engine runs strong and smooth and sounds great with the relativelynew exhaust system recently added. The engine has had some chrome and freshpaint added to crispit up a little. The power-glidetrans is also original to the vehicle and has also been rebuilt. The paint is a Yenko/sc paint job that has beenvery well done. The paint is nice and shines awesome. It is a real head turner. The paint is very deep looking and the stripes are straight and nice. The body is also in great shape with no dentsor dings. No major body or frame rust either. The interior has original dash and seats and door panels with great carpet and all ! is in very nice condition. $1,800 dollars worth of "New" Tires & vintage styletorquethrust wheels have just been put on the car in the last year.
