1978 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Additional Info:

This is a Southern usa 1978 Chev Silverado 1500 4 wheel drive automatic with a full load.Has seen little snow in its life and probably no salt.Air, til, tinted windows, cloth interior, power windows and locks, ps,pb. No radio. It has just finished a complete cut and polish detail to a 2 year old paint job. Very Very straight body panels showing an incredible high gloss black paint job. Almost all chrome and cosmetics have been replaced as well as a new windshield, newer 33-10-50 tires on 8 inch 6 bolt Chev rally wheels. Box insides are very straight and dent free with a rino guard coating.Interior is in excellent shape as seen in pictures.
Its got its original 350 that has had a few upgrades but nothing too radical. It sounds absolutelyunbelievable, very healthy and throaty. It runs perfect. The four wheel system works great and trans shifts perfect. Brakes are good and all electrical and lights are working as they should. The underside of truck shows real good with no rust issues and no patch panels.
As the pictures show this truck is beautiful.Very original clean straight and rust free. Its been detailed and has an incredible look to it. The small white spots in some of the pics are snow flakes.
The bad....It may have a few very slight blemishes in the paint that are not near serious enough to repaint and only show slightly when under fluorescentlightsI have not done any work to the front end and the truck wanders when driving. Alignment seems fine so are the shocks but may need ball joints or tie rods.Dash bezel has a radio hole cut out so I just covered it with a plate. Looks OK.A good used bezel on ebay is about 140 and takes less than 5 minutes to replace and then you need to decide on your radio or stereo.
As for re entry into the United States it is very very easy if you are with the truck at the border. Its a simple re entry and all you need is the Ontario Registration and I can supply a copy of the old Title from Tennessee. This is no costs to anyone and takes about 20 minutes or less.Or you can just use a broker at a cost of about 400. Shipping charges are yours to work out.
This truck is sold as is and no returns are offered. It is 40 years old and may have unseen issues that I missed.
I might trade for something but please no bikes sleds or customs.
I will not be doing the 20 questions, or "more pics needed" requests. The truck is in winter storage and not on my property. If you show serious intent I will work with you but lets not waste everyone'stime. Thank You
