1967 Chevrolet El Camino Malibu Additional Info:

1967 El CAMINO WITH A BAD ASS BUILT CHEVY 383 STROKER,375HP, AUTOMATIC, POWER STEERING AND POWER BRAKES.

Original California black plate still intact since assembly in Fremont Ca which means little or no rust. Original body panels. The body is straight and body panels line up as they should. The paint is in good shape as be seen in the pictures but does show some aging 6.5 out of 10.

The vin # 1348077126723 and trim plate indicate that the car was assembled in Fremont California on the 1st week of February 1967 and the original color was Marina Blue with Blue interior. The body is a El Camino 300 Deluxe series with V8 motor. Original engine was 327. Original engine emblems come with car

Under the hood you will find an engine that is dressed out nicely and pumped up so that there is no doubt this sweet ride is for both show and go. A chrome air filter and Edelbrock chrome valve covers. Holley 4150 carb feeds the engine through an aluminum intake. Headman header and 2 ½” Stainless Steel exhaust with Magna Flow mufflers and cam make this one bad sounding 383 chevy stroker. BAD FAST! Motor has approximately 15,000 miles since rebuild.

Motor Specs: 350 Chevy with 383 kit with new crank, pistons, rings, rods, bearings & gaskets, The block cast code appears to be 3970014.

Power is sent back through the original power glide automatic transmission to a 10-bolt rear end with 3.70 gears that rides on '67 Chevelle springs and air shocks. Transmission was rebuilt and shifts perfectly.

The interior has been completely redone including new front seat upholstery, headliner, carpet, door, and kick panels and vents. Both analog and digital gauges, Sun Super Pro Tac. Lights, turn signals/brake lights, wipers, heater/defroster work like they are supposed to. New heater core. All New weather stripping,seals, insulation, and correct interior and under hood sound deadener installed.

All new power steering components and lines. New power brake booster.

Cooling for this beast is provided by oversize Aluminum Radiator with 180 degree thermostatically control electric fan. Absolutely no overheating!

Tires are Firestone Wide Oval Super Sport F70/14’s mounted on Chevy SS Rally Wheels with center caps.

Electrical power is supplied by new AAA battery and new alternator. The odometer and speed odometer work but actual mileage is unknown.
