1977 Chevrolet Scottsdale Stepside Additional Info:

1977 Chevy Scottsdale Stepside Project Truck. This truck has the greatest body style, we always intended to restore it, but never had the time or funds. 5 years ago my husband was driving it daily, everything worked, we put a 350 engine in it, and bought the tires pictured in the rear. Then I got it stuck, raked it over a big rock, knocked a hole in the gas tank, it's been parked ever since (5 years). It has rusted floorboards, now, and the slats are rotted in the bed...but it's also all original, the bench seat has been covered ever since we got it, its got some tears under. Most of the body is fair, too, and this body style is adorable. I would love to see the end result one day. I even love the color scheme.
UPDATE: for those already watching, these photos are from today. I tried to get solid pix of the rusted spots and it is missing a light on the rear passenger side. That said, this engine ran fine....just needs to be run! But the gem is the body style, this truck is a catch. I did set a reserve, (low, message me if you need to know), and am trying to cross post this truck in Project cars category as well....share with all your project buddies, I would love for someone to love it. It may also bear mentioning that I've searched for this model plenty, but they seem to be pretty few and far between
