Check out this 1969 Chevrolet (Malibu) El Camino 350 that was purchased new in California and has been located there the majority of its life. This car is basically and original unrestored car, It has been owned and driven as a daily driver by my current stepmother who purchased it in the mid 80's. She did have this car repainted shortly after her purchase and it still wears that paint job which is in amazing condition as it was done right at the time. Being from California it is a rust free car and you will be amazed how solid it is overal, insid, out and underneath. This car was brought back to Kansas by my father in 2007 when my step other moved here and was put in his climate controlled basement up until several months back after his passing. This car has been mechanically maintained as it was her only car while living in California and was driven on a daily basis, it even still carries the original California tags from that time but has now been title in Kansas. Shock, bushings, exhaust etc. have all been replaced as general maintenance before it was brought back here. My father had removed the original vinyl top after he brought it back as it was dried out and it has been professionally replaced with the original style and color but they did not install the chrome trim on bottom edge but it is with the car. Due to my fathers recent passing she has decided it is time to go ahead and let it go as she is no longer able to drive. The car has been sitting inside and covered and not complete but very close to being an all original car. New carpet had been put back in as he had removed the old and there is not any sign of rust at all on floor pans. Looks like maybe there are some minor interior trim pieces missing and the chrome on the back around the bed is not all mounted and does have some dings and scratches in it as this car is basically all original and untouched since the 80's . The hard shell tonneau cover is currently just sitting on the bed but was permanately mounted on it when my father brought it back. Does have the original hard to find OEM factory style Chevrolet wheels with factory center caps and great looking BF Goodrich radials which I am sure are dried out but it has been indoors out of any weather for 10 years. Since we pulled it out we have installed new battery, new brakes, brake cylinder, fuel pump, filters and had it serviced. It does start and run and drive out great but does have a slight leak somewhere in the tranny as I have noticed a wet spot on the floor and we had to add about 1.5 quarts of fluid to it after its 10 years of sitting. This car is equipped with a 350 ci. V8, with power steering and AC (Not working) as we have not even tried it, even though she said it was working in California at the time and even is equipped with power windows, both of which do work. It is a very drivable car as was driven everyday for many years, and we have driven it around locally and it drives out great and is a very solid car it will just need some minor finishing touches and you will have one of the most solid original rust free old cars around. I have tried to include as many pictures as possible but you are welcome to call or text me at 620 431-2343 should you have any questions. Again it is a 50 year old car and we are selling it in its present condition as it sits needing some minor repairs, but you will look long and hard to find a 50 year old car in the condition this one is overall. We have no room to continue to store it now and it will remain inside till it sells but it needs to go to a good home where someone will appreciate this great looking El Camino that will do nothing but appreciate in value through the years. We have it priced at a very reasonable price for a unrestored original rust free car but due to the situation we may entertain reasonable offers definitely no financing available on this. It is only being sold as the owner is no longer able to drive. Address:
