Up for sale is a 1970 Chevelle that I purchased in June of 2007 that I drove straight to the body shop where is has been for the last 11 years inside the building. I know how most ads will say the bodywork is complete and after 11 years I can say with 100 percent certainty the body work is complete on this car. This is a no rust car and all body panels are original except partial right rear quarter and the center piece of the trunk pan. The car was purchased from the original owner and I have the build sheet for the car with a clear Georgia Title. Over the 11 years a ton of work has been done to this car including converting it over to the LS1 engine with the six speed transmission. The car is a factory 12 bolt rear end with a 273 ratio. All the front end components have been rebuilt and four wheel disc brakes. Bottom of the car has been cleaned sanded and painted. All window glass is good with a new front windshield. The hood on the car is original and it has not been finished because I was going with cowl induction hood. At the end of the day obviously I wanted this car completed but body shop decided I should just keep waiting so the car has been pulled out due the lack of progress. I have moved to Florida and just don't feel I can complete it from afar. Firewall has been shaved and finished as well. This will be a very nice car when it is completed. Most exterior and interior pieces are in the trunk. The car is running and driving but will need to be completed. Thanks for looking and good luck on your bidding. Thanks
