1972 Chevrolet Suburban Custom Additional Info:

Very rare Highlander edition 1972 SUBURBAN HAS JUST ABOUT EVERY OPTION YOU COULD GET, FRONT AND REAR AC, TILT WHEEL AND 402 BIG BLOCK!Fantastic Daily Driver or great resto candidate.

I built this to be a great family hauler and toy hauler. Sadly my health forces sale. It is shocking how rock solid the truck is for being almost 50 years old.The chalk marks are still bright and present in the engine compartment. All of the typical problem areas are rock solid on this truck, like the rockers, doors, drip rails, etc.

The rear quarters were repaired with new panels and I have all the pictures documenting this process. The rear cargo is in great shape and the wood is rock solid. The floors, rockers, rain gutter and other common problem areas for these trucks are rock solid. It has recently had a lot of mechanical work completed at a cost of over $9500 (see receipts)!

The motor was recently rebuilt within about 7000 miles. The carburetor was also rebuilt and the battery and starter were also replaced. New suspension for both front and rear was just installed. This Suburban starts, runs, drives and stops excellent.

Just to clarify, the engine has never overheated, the high flow aluminum pump I put in the bearing squeaks. I have a replacement Edelbrock High flow one to replace it with. I still drive the Suburban a few times a week and she runs nice and cool, the ECP radiator and dual fan setup work fantastic and is nice and clean with the controller package.
