1975 Chevrolet S-10 S-3 Additional Info:

I bought this car and Pennsylvania it was completely rust free. The car was used a dragster. When I got it it had no motor, transmissio, shift linkage, and the breaks were removed for burnout.however- it had a perfect body and interior without a scratch and without a speck of rust. I looked it up it was made in Canada came through with the 350 automatic. So I bought a low mileage 1975 Impala donor car. The 350 was completely rebuilt, New high CMF Edelbrock barrel, new intake manifold, headers, exhaust system with purple horny mufflers that really purrrrrr. Purchased a re manufactured transmission which is center console center shift. Complete rally wheels with center top hats. New Cooper cobra tires, it has a high-end Alpine 3 disc changer sound system it was missing the disc holder insert when I got it.This car is a true survivor, a beautiful car. In the past five years I drove it to one car show, a cruise in, and other that just down to get service and inspected. Although the speedometer says it has 4,335 miles on it. It has 387 miles since rebuild in 4/14/05. Now comes what's wrong with it-- nothing except, the lower seat panels have split a bit where the stitches are. ( need to new lower seat panels ) there is a small mouse hole behind the visor of all places, no other mouse damage. The rest of the headliners is in good shape. There are few minor scratches from having stuffed packed around in the barn. Nothing bad. Left rear fender has some marks on the paint where the binder handle rubbed it coming up from PA. Since it sits on plastic on the concrete in the barn for the winter I have seen a teaspoon of pink tranny fluid on the plastic in the spring. Doesn't seem require needing fluid added. The rear seal also loses a drop once in a while. My brother-in-law says it's because the seals were not mismatched when installed. This car set you back in the seat when you kick it in passing gear. There is some rubber on the back fenders where the mechanic lit up the tires. At 79 years old I was always happy with the per of the "purple harnonies" when you kick in passing gear. I have the original invoice, the original car manual and a note in the car manual record that says new 502 6/96. I am starting auction at $7,500, if it sells for that I'll cry.
What I want i, and would trade for is 55 56 57 T-bird -55 sun liner -57 58 skyline or -Crown Victoria. in like condition.
