Here is a simply breathtaking, 1969 Camaro 2-dr HT Sport Coupe that has been totally restored! It was built in Norwood, Ohio and delivered to and sold new at Newt Godfree Chevrolet in San Antonio, Texas! This is evidenced by the original Dealer New Car Invoice that goes with the car as well as the original money receipt in the name of the original owner, a trail of paperwork naming the four subsequent owners (prior to me), all in San Antonio, Texas and the original Owner’s Manual! The fourth owner in San Antonio proceeded to totally disassemble this rust free Camaro and gave it a very professional rotisserie restoration with no expense spared (12 years ago, mileage read 66,116). Vehicle has been kept inside in climate controlled garage since that time, when not driven.

The body on this classic Camaro is absolutely gorgeous and is totally as rock solid and rust free as you would expect a Texas car to be! There is no evidence of any prior accident history and all the sheet metal appears to be original to this car. There is no evidence of any prior rust or panel repair or replacement. The body was stripped bare and the car was then restored to the potential show winner that it is today! Other than two tiny imperfections down low, the body is straight as an arrow and finished in a base coat-clear coat of the original Le Mans Blue and it looks fabulous! The underside was finished in satin black as it should be and all the components ar finished in their corresponding correct finishes. The chrome is all new and gorgeous. The glass and the new vinyl top are also in great shape!
The interior is near perfect and quite impressive with the Black and White Houndstooth interior! It has been restored and looks like new! The gauges are clean, bright and all work as they should. The reconditioned AM FM stereo radio plays clear and loud with both front and rear speakers. Horn, wipers and courtesy lights work. This is a factory air conditioned car although the compressor (included) and hoses have not been reinstalled under the hood. The compressor is included with the car and once installed and the system charged, it should be a working system.
Mechanically, this Camaro muscle car is in excellent condition and it runs and drives great. It has been completely rebuilt from front to back and is a real pleasure to drive! The engine is believed to be the original block and was built to a higher horsepower than the original, probably 300hp or more. It has an aluminum intake and 4bbl carb and aluminum valve covers along with a mild cam, etc. The transmission shifts great and the rear end is quite. The exhaust is new and it has Flowmaster mufflers for that ultimate muscle car sound! The front disc brakes help it stop on a dime! The tires are new and it is definitively ready for cruising or touring!
Camaro’s are some of the most desirable and sought after muscle cars in the market today (especially with this one year only GM body design). 1969 is by far the best year Camaro!
