1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Additional Info:

IF YOU WANT TO BID, MESSAGE ME AND LET ME KNOW YOU'RE A SERIOUS BUYER, AND PREPARED TO PAY FOR THE CAR. IF NOT, I MAY CANCEL YOUR BID! THIS SOLD PREVIOUSLY, THEN THE GUY "CHANGED HIS MIND" WHICH IS NOT FAIR TO OTHER BIDDERS!
My personal car, built with alot of love (and money) now ready to be someone else's toy. Fresh 454, turbo 350 transmission, Air Conditioning (needs recharged) power front disc brakes.
Donor vehicle for the powerplant was a 1975 GMC 2500 truck. Engine went to the machine shop and got a full build with forged pistons, BIG ported heads, Performer RPM cam and Performer plus manifold, AFB Carb; sort of my tribute to the LS6, but driveable with pump gas. Poly bushing kit installed on suspension components, body bushings, new ball joints, BIG steel sway bars front and rear, new suspension springs. Undercarriage cleaned then painted black. Custom mounted electric cooling fans, MSD with remote timing adjust from the dash, oil pressure port on the block has custom manual shut-off valve in case of plastic line failure. Camaro "G engine code" alternator provides plenty of system power.
Full interior kit from OPGI remains in as-new condition: carpet, headliner, vinyl upholstery, door panels, dash, seatbelts. Car runs reliably, idles fine in gear, sounds really tough, and absolutely annihilates tires if you don't keep your foot out of it. You'll need to detail the car, as its been sitting in my garage collecting dust, and not getting driven. A bargain at the buy it now price, and a steal at the opening bid.
Email with any questions, and I'll try to answer them asap. Local pick-up only, in the SF East Bay Area.
