1976 Chevrolet Other Additional Info:

I purchased this car in 1987 from the 2nd owner. From research we think it was sold new from Sycamore Chevy in Terre Haute, IN. Stayed in the area til I bought it when we still lived there. In 1999, I took it down to a bare shell and restored it. It's first showing was at the 2000 Greenbay Cosworth Roundup. The engine was also one of the last ones I machined and assembled in my automotive machine shop before we closed and moved. I've had a great deal of fun enjoying it and meeting new friends with it along the way but it's time to pass it along to the next new caretaker.Engine specs-Rods polished and ARP bolts-.030 over 9.5 to 1 forged pistons-Sleeved block-cylinder head refurbished-assembly balanced-Total Seal rings-converted to 42 DCOE Webers-2 1/4" exhaust with 2 chamber Flowmaster-4 speed-4:10 posi rear-IECO lowering springs-Bielstien shocks-Flaming river quick ratio steering box-2 sets of Cosworth wheels, gold set has Firestone firehawks, black set has Hankook autocross stickys. Car right now is set up for I-MOD and wins it's class. I have everything to put back to stock if desired that go with it. Original coil springs, Monroe heritage shocks, electronic fuel injection and drivers seat. Nothing has been changed that can't be bolted back to stock. Extra sheet metal and short block go with purchase. Includes the Hatch tent option that was available back in the day.I've only put 6,000 miles on it since the restoration. Still holds its own at shows even after 18 years. Might even throw in all the trophies and plaques. Can deliver in enclosed trailer for $1.00 a mile plus diesel.NO Trades
