1963 Chevrolet Impala SS Additional Info:

Rare 1963 impala SS Vin code 47 car. Built in Los Angeles. Was original Arizona car until mid 80's. This is a one owner car since 1982. ENGINE 1970 350 4 BOLT MAIN #s do not match. Very low mileage I estimate less than 5k since rebuild. Engine fits 1970 C10 or Corvette. Has original aluminium 2 speed power-glide trans and posi track rear end. New moog springs, kyb shocks, all recent front end rebuild, all refreshed drum brake linings wheel cylinders and lines. Fresh wheel seals and bearings, u joints. New fuel pump and in tank sending unit and float. New heater core, radiator, belt, hoses, alternator, summit ho water pump. New summit starter w heat shield. New summit racing hei distributor coil and wires. New edlebrock intake and holley 625 cfm carb. Headers w/ duel exhaust w/ chrome tips. New windshield. New rear wiring harness. Front and rear seats have been disassembled sand blasted painted and recovered original w/ classic industries seat coverings. Car comes with carpet, headliner kit, headliner rails and front and rear door panel kits sealed new in the box also new antenna assembly. comes with original window cranks.; Center console and shifter cover included although not pictured.; This car is driven weekly and runs and drives great. Paint is ok, could use a refresh was done right with supports welded in underneath the rear quarters for additional support . This car has the original working radio.Tires are in good condition w/ old school American Racing smooth rims. The car needs right rear floor pan and trunk pan as it has been patched. See pics. The floor pan patch covers a much smaller hole in the floor pan but a large piece of sheet metal was mig welded to patch over smaller hole. It's not as bad as it looks underneath the patch. There are a couple other small spots that have small amount of bondo in the floor but the body appears rust free. The car will need a re -wire at some point all turn signals and lights are in working order as of now but the car does have an auxiliary turn signal switch see pics. There is some inner rust not visible under the deck lid and deck lid opens and closes but springs are not working properly. Parking break assembly needs to be repaired .I had hoped to fix these things to complete this car but personal reasons cause me to list it now. It's ready for someone to take it to the next level or drive it as is. Very mechanically sound drive train car. Buyer is responsible for shipping or transport from seller to buyer desired location.
