1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Additional Info:

Off the frame restoration, this car is immaculate. The gentleman who built this Arizona classic is well known in the performance drag race circuit. A professional engineer, he knows no short cuts, just doing the job to the highest standard. The restoration took place over a period of six years (finishing in 2013) started with acquiring a good candidate 2-door post from California … after all, no real street racer wanted a hardtop. Not cool, not strong enough for serious performance. From start to finish, over $35k was spent on parts “and other stuff” . The motor chosen for this project was the classic GM small block 350.rebuilt with +.030 performance pistons, rings, bearings, Crane cam, ground crank, Edelbrock durashine manifold, huge 4 BBL carb, chrome oil breathers, flat black painted GM valve covers, chrome air filter, chrome alternator, shiny braided hoses and lines, chrome a/c pump and less than 300 miles on the clock … it runs hard and yet is manageable for a Sunday drive with your wife … or girlfriend … or whoever. The transmission is a 4-speed built to performance standards with a Zoom clutch. Punch it and it screams. The interior was supplied by Andy Boy and is bright red lipstick which really compliments the black exterior with silver Bel Air accents. New black carpets by Ciadella Interiors and new red headliner, new chrome dash trim, new clock, custom Chevy steering wheel, vintage air conditioning and heat and a new RetroSound radio. Like new truly. The chassis is detailed and suspension has rebuilt tie rods, new ball joints, and bushings, new power disc brakes on the front and new drum brakes out back. Holding it off the ground are new tires and new Craigar SS chrome wheels.Buyer pays shipping
