Up for auction is my 1956 Chevy wagon... With a mid 80's engine and transmission out of a Camaro. This wagon was found in the oldest part of El Paso, Tx..a started project which had not been completed and parked since the 1980's. It has new front right and left floorboard and kick panels..The rest of the wagon floors look good. Cargo area was done with some nice rubber flooring. Completely reupholstered ..new carpet with sound deadening material and insulation. All interior dash and frames etc. have been painted. All windows roll up and down. New headliner..dome light works.... speedometer, gas gauge work. All exterior stainless trim in great condition.. Nice custom made luggage rack. New tires..wheels are painted and pinstriped. As I mentioned this is a daily driver..It has made several 300 mile round trips...from El Paso to Ruidoso NM and other places. A real pleasure to drive...draws a lot of attention any where we go. It has a new dual exhaust..complete brake system, including master cylinder, wheel cylinders and brake shoes. I hate to let it go... but it's time for a new project for me.
