1977 Chevrolet Corvette Additional Info:

Nice 1977 corvette. Have owned for ten years. This is a L48. I installed NOS L 82 badges to cover the holes left by the aftermarket L48 badges put on by the previous owner. Engine has close to 10 to 1 compression ratio now. Has excellent useable power. Original paint except for the front and rear bumpers. Has a few blemish's as any would with the original paint. 4 speed with A/C, manual windows, 8 track and rear defroster. Frame is excellent. Always stored inside. NOS parts include: t top plates, hazard knob,the original color grey, not the replacement black. window cranks, one t top liner, a arm dust shields, 83000 miles. Alarm still works. Nice interior. Car always ran well but these year corvette were a bit sluggish so two years ago I decided to make it more fun to drive. New parts added were: 58cc aluminum heads with cnc'ed combustion chambers, stainless steel roller rockers, 7/16 rocker studs with girdles, cloyes true roller timing set, Howards camshaft 465-488 lift, dephi lifters, aluminum hi flow waterpump, rpm airgap intake, distributer, aluminum underdrive pulleys, nodular harmonic balancer, Dewitts radiator, 100 amp alternator, Hooker headers with sidepipes, fuelpump(gm), tall valve covers with breathers, Front and rear main seals, oilpump, engine and transmission mounts, Bushings front and rear, Car was lowered 2-3 inchs so added VBP bump steer kit, VBP adjustable tie rods with new ends, VBP front spreader bar, trailing arms, new front springs, also has all new and rebuilt power steering components, traction bar, Otheritems are: switched out the 3.08 for 3.70, holley 650 dual feed with mechanical secondarys, installed an original Chrysler e body pistol grip lever, fabricated a shaker setup(because I like the shaker look) made my own base to house the top scoop from a 2004 MACH 1. I made the base offset so that it sets centered through the hood. The engines are offset to the right in these cars so you have to have an offset base on the scoop to make it look right. This is a true fresh air set up,Windshield washer pump does not work.Replaced the clock with one which has the quartz movement. The original one works fine now and will go with the sale.. I would drive the car any where with no worry's..Every part I took off the car will go with it if buyer wants them. This is the original engine for this car. Block, transmission and the 3.08 rear I swapped out for the 3.70's all match.

Shifter is a Hurst competition plus Might entertain a partial trade, side by side UTV, small 4 wheel drive tractor with bucket,etc.
