327- 275 hp Engine and Saginaw 4 speed transmission is out of a 66 Impala SS that was in a Utah collection until a buyer turned the Impala into a 454 powered pro-turning car. The engine has never been apart with approximately 60K original miles. If you look close you will see the heads are the ”double-hump” high hp heads. I checked the compression as good, change the carb to an Edelbrock, put on Sanderson exhaust headers, and tucked the engine and tranny into the 52, started the first turn of the key and now has about 4400 miles in the new application. Rear-end in from a 70’s era GM pony car, 8.5” 10 bolt that has a professionally build 3.37 positrac gear set in the rear-end. I installed a Champion high HP aluminum radiator with electric fan, and this set up never overheats even on the 95+ days in slow traffic.

Front brakes are a disc conversion from Eckler’s. I kept the under-floor type master cylinder set up by installing a dual zone master cylinder conversion kit by The Filling Station. All brake lines are new with appropriate backflow prevent valves for disk brake application with the low mounted master cylinder and a proportioning valve to balance brakes front to rear.

Heater is a Vintage air application with floor and defrost settings that work great in the cold mid-west. As you can see from the pic’s the electrical work is done with care and all circuits now have an appropriate in-line fuse as they should.

I will provide all of the build documents for the new owner to have the appropriate information for any needed service.
