Payment and Deposit

We require that you contact the Seller within twenty-four (24) hours, one (1) day, of this auction closing. A non-refundable deposit of ($500) is due upon at the end of this auction and can only be paid to Seller by PayPal. Full payment of the final price is due within seven (7) days of this auction closing and can only be paid to by Cash (in person), local bank Cashier's Check (verified)in personwithin 10 miles of 32778 zip code. Please be advised that you are responsible for all fees associated with the purchase of the Automobile including but not limited to taxes and registration.

Due to the high cost of selling these automobiles, any failure to pay the deposit or final price of the auction within the time noted above will result in full action through eBay and legal action though state and federal law pursuant to this contract. In addition, the Automobile will be re-listed for sale.

Delivery or Pickup

We highly respect our customers and want this transaction to be as smooth as possible. As an added value we will assist with any shipping arrangements. Regardless, you are responsible for all delivery costs and arrangements or picking up the Automobile. If the Automobile is not picked up by you or your designated delivery service agent or driver, the Seller will charge a fee of thirty dollars ($30) a day after two (2) weeks of the auction closing for everyday the Automobile is not picked up.

We require that you be of the age of 18 to bid.
