1967 Nova sport coupe project car. Car belonged to a friend of mine who was paralyzed in a motorcycle accident and passed away recently. Car was bought new at Damascus Chevrolet in Maryland this is a 1 owner car with its original title. Car is in need of restoration was parked running around 25 years ago in a driveway on jack stands and thats where it sat until last week. I had just power washed it before these pictures that why you see a little moisture in the trunk area. Originally a Nantucket Blue car with Blue interior. Car is pretty solid for sitting all those years and all the sheet metal appears original except drivers door. Rear window is out of car now but it comes with the car and I have the trim. I thought the floors would be toast but they are not bad at all even the trunk pan and wheel housings are nice for sitting all those years. Car needs a battery and a fuel tank probably rebuild the carb etc. and it should run. Motor turns over fine. You can see a few holes in the rear frame rails. Under hood is pretty much original and not bad for sitting all that time. I want everyone to understand this is not a turn key car it is in need of a full restoration and it has not run in 25 years or so. It has 55k original miles and will probably run with a battery new gas tank fuel pump carb rebuild the normal stuff you do when something sits that long. The headliner and drivers door panel are missing as well. I have a 67 Corvette I bought several years ago that sat for over 30 years and with the same treatment fired right up and is running and driving today. This is a great starter car for a race car or pro touring car with new style drive train or keep it all stock either way getting hard to find the non post cars like this.
