1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu SS Additional Info:

1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 402 4 speed. This Chevelle has under gone a very nice frameoff restorationthat I amselling as a Super Sport Re-creation.Without a build sheet or original Bill of Sale identifyinga true SS in '70 is not possible . This Chevelle, however, does show all the indicators of being a true SS including 12 bolt differential, boxed control arms, badging, clear blinker lenses, Round Pod gauges with green tint and everything else I know to look for.So if its not one, someone spent a lot of money making it one.
Starting off with the exterior of the Chevelle. The body is straight as you look down the sides and all the door, hood, and trunk gaps are excellent. Everything is covered inbeautiful Blue Metallicbase coat clear coat that has theWhite Stripes painted on before the Blue. The paint has been buffed and polished to a deep rich shine with a gorgeous finish I would say is a 10.All the chrome on this Chevellehas been replaced and is new from the bumpers to the mirrors and handles. Also, all the stainless is new and has an excellent fit. The glass in this Chevelleis new andall very nice. To finish off the look it's sitting on a set of restored 15x8 SS Rallye's with a set of New BF Goodrich T/A Radial Tires.

The interior of the '70 isdone in the classic black color scheme that flows perfectly with the exterior. It has the front bucket seats, and all the seat covers have been replaced. Also, the door panelsare new along with the carpet and seal plates. The Headliner has also been replaced and has a great fit. As you sit down you'll notice it has the center console that looks excellent and houses the Hurst Shifter. Looking at the dash you'll see that the pad is newand round SS gauges look like new.Alsothe AC controls are factory and theSuper Sport Steering Wheel looks new also. Lastly, a new RetroSound AM/FM stereowith Kenwood speakers and a new wiring harness has been installed.

Finally, theheartbeat of the Chevy. It's powered by arebuiltNOM 402 engine, fed by a Holley carb. andthat is backed by a new Muncie 4 speed close ratio tranny and 12 bolt Rear End. To keep it cool it has a new radiator cooled by temperature controlled electric cooling fans. For exhaust it has Headers with Flow Master Mufflers and Dual Pipes.This Chevelle also has Power Steering and Power Brakes with Disc on the front. The fueland brake lines have allbeen replaced with all Stainless steel.The front end has all new bushings, as well as the chassis.This is also a AC car.

Like I said earlier, this is a frame off restored Chevelle that is 100% solid and drives beautifully.
