**1985 Chevy K5 Blazer**Silverado**6.2 Diesel**

1985 Chevrolet Blazer Additional Info:

Up for bid is a rust free 1985 Chevrolet K5 Blazer Silverado 4x4. When I say rust free. I mean absolutely zero rust anywhere. No bondo, no bubbles! It has the 6.2L Diesel. Automatic Trans. Working power windows and power locks, working power rear window. The original seats and carpet are in great shape for the age with no tears or stains. The dash is cracked. The windows all are in great shape with no cracks or damage. The top is in great shape with no leaks. The odometer shows 9,000 miles. It is only a 5 digit odometer so it has rolled over but by the look of the carpet, seats, and pedals I would say it is 109,000 and not 209,000. The motor cranks right up with no issues, no smoke. It runs great. The transmission could possibly use some work at some point. I noticed it stays in first gear until 20/25 mph then it shifts to the next gear. I have personally driven the blazer about 100 miles around town and gotten up to 65/70mph. All the gauges work except the fuel gauge, it is maxed out on full. The head lights, turn signals, brake lights, horn, wipers, all work. The Blazer originally came with A/C but at some point was unhooked. There is no compressor. It has a new alternator. The tires have about 40% tread left. The brakes are good. It was painted by the previous owner. He did a decent job but it does have the "orange peel" from him not taking his time.
