1965 Chevrolet El Camino Additional Info:

For sale is this 1965 Chevrolet El Camino. From what I can tell it has always been in California or Arizona. The doors are solid and shut like a dream. The frame and body are solid. I did patch the floor behind the drivers seat. I am told this is typical for these cars. It has factory 283 badges but has a 327 with a two speed powerglide. The brakes are good but could use a new master cylinder ($35). It has an old school air conditioning unit someone installed a while ago. I have not tried it but the fan motor works. I know there are shops that can get it running if it does not work. It has some small mounting holes around the front of the doors. I think someone had a camper shell on it but that has kept the bed in great shape! It has a second gas tank installed also but have not tried it. All the lights work and the seat belts are new. The bucket seats are from a Pontiac Sunbird. Current registration is AZ but the car is in San Diego.
Any questions give me a shout and thanks for looking!

There has been some body work to the outside of the bed behind the passenger door and behind the driver side rear wheel. Still fairly straight but that is why the reserve price is about half of what it would cost with all the paint and body work done. Thanks.
