Long Description Below

Engine and Transmission:

Very original numbers matching unmolested L82 Higher Performance engine. The engine runs strong, no knocking, no smoking, no pings, no overheating. Just a good solid engine. Engine and tranny start, run and drive as they should. Shifts into all gears properly. No surprises. Has lots of power and fast pickup.

Paint and Body:

The body is in good shape and the paint has lots of shine with no spider cracking or paint peeling. Does have some areas that have imperfections if you look very close but nothing major. There are several pictures that show the flaws up close. Again it shines great and looks great from 5 feet away. IE very tiny little things here and there but nothing major. I have included an additional 185 pictures that show it in very close detail. The pictures do it more justice! The car is painted in GM RED with black interior. Body is very straight. The hood and doors open and close as they should excellent and body lines and gaps are even as can be seen in pics. The chrome moldings and bumpers are excellent. Everything is present and works as it should. The only thing to note is a missing center grill which can easily be purchased for about $150 new or $100 used.

Lights and Electrical:

It is very rare for any corvette of this age to have all of the electronics work but this one is one of those rare candidates!!! Headlights, brake lights, tail lights, turn signals, door ajar light, Front headlights go up and down all work!…. Speedometer, RPM Guage, Oil Pressure Guage, Alt Meter Guage, Temp Guage, Fuel Guage All Work! The Horn Works! Radio works and Wipers work! The car is also equipped with factory AC which works great! Very cold when I take it out here in Miami.

Interior:

The car still has the original upholstery from the factory (Leather Seats) which is in pretty good shape as can be seen in the pics. The driver side is obviously a bit more worn than the passenger side but nothing major. The dashboard is excellent no cracks or tears and the door panels look great just some slight wear and a tiny barely visible crack on the driver side. The interior is 100% complete and in all around great shape. The interior also has the optional steering wheel leather wrapped and wood inserts in the center console and door panels. The carpet is in great shape. Rear Compartments look good and the rear dome light and door ajar lights all work!

Glass:

All glass is present and in good condition. Both manual windows go up and down just fine.

Chassis, Suspension, Brakes:

The car is equipped with power steering and power brakes which work great. The tires have a good amount of tread on them Good Year Brand no cracking fresh rubber. Solid chassis from what can be seen.
