Hi Everyone,
Awesome custom c10 pickup. Complete frame-off restoration completed using 1987 Pontiac GTA donor vehicle. The drivetrain is a fuel injected, 350ci, TPI, attached to a 700R4 Automatic transmission with the GTA disc brake, posi rear end. Entire drivetrain has 6k miles. Corvette headers with stainless coated pipes and stainless mufflers made custom and polished. The truck has electric cooling fans, CRUISE CONTROL, Air Conditioning, Tilt Wheel, and power steering and obviously power 4 wheel disc brakes. All front end components rebuilt.
The interior is also custom. Many parts, including the cluster, power window setup, and column were used from the GTA donor. All upholstery professional done in black and red two-tone cloth/velvet with new carpet. Most of the exterior has stainless hardware and weather strip. All rubber components are new. The rear glass is original. Frame, Transmission, Engine, Rear End, and all sheet metal painted using PPG products.
The story goes like this:I am listing this for a friend whose father passed away 9 years ago. He was the proud owner of this truck and since his passing it has remained in a garage, started often and driven annually, while his family decided on whether to keep the truck, or sell it. So that is how it has come to Ebay. The car is located about 30 minutes south of Boston, MA. The family is not interested in any trades, any offers that aren't very close to their asking, or any other shenanigans. Clearly, there is no money being made on their behalf, the truck is perfect and has been meticulously built, owned and maintained.
