1955 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Additional Info:

Pictures don't do this car justice. This '55 has an absolutely awesome look and stance that is sure to make you a hit at the next cruise or car show. It has won multiple awards including "People's Choice" for best looking Hot Rod at local shows; especially at night when you turn on the green neon lights that sit under the car on all four sides. It's a crowd pleaser!!!

It is finished in Basecoat/ Clearcoat Black and House Of Kolors Lime Time Pearl that was laid on smooth and slick. Not only is the paint slick, but the body is straight and has had perfect changes to make it look sleek and mean. The hood and decklid were shaved to clean things up and a billet grille was added. The chrome looks good as well as all the trim and moldings. Everything was disassembled and the firewall and inner fenders were painted to match the car so that everything looks nice under the hood.

Speaking of under the hood, a ZZ4 Chevrolet Crate Engine is neatly tucked in place along with air conditioning, power steering and power brakes. For those of you not familiar with the ZZ4, it is GM Performance Parts aluminum-headed high performance small block with 355 horsepower and 405 ft-lbs of torque. It is stone reliable and comes with four bolt main, steel crank and hydraulic roller camshaft. This one had a couple of things done that should bump the power up some including MSD ignition, headers, etc. All the accessories on the engine are Billet Specialties including valve covers and air cleaner. March brackets and pullys clean it up and keep the belts on track. Chrome alternator and polished overflow are a couple of upgrades you will see along with many others. The automatic transmission shifts flawlessly and a B&M shifter. The rear end is a nine inch Ford narrowed just enough for a little meat in the back.

To achieve this awesome stance, an air ride system was professionally installed. It uses only the best of products including Viaair, SMC and Air Ride Technologies. It works fast and rides just as intended. A set of Heidt's two inch drop spindles were installed up front along with disc brakes to slow that ZZ4 down. Wheels are Billet Specialties Rebels that are 18 X 8 up front and 20 X 10s in the rear with BFG Tires.

The interior looks good and has some nice touches there as well. The dash and all the windows surrounds were painted flat black that looks real nice. All the gauges are Autometer that were fitted into the dash. They all light up red at night including the Sony Xplode CD player with sony amp and Polk Audio speakers. Air conditioning has heater and defrost that works wonderfully.

I reserve the right to end the auction early as this car is also advertised locally. Please e-mail with any questions. Good luck!!!
