Up for sale is this amazing 1987 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z. This IROC-Z is immaculate and has an Bright Red exterior with Red interior. The seats are in brand new condition and looks like they never been sat on. This Camaro just turned 15k miles and it runs and drives fantastically. This is a really nice low mile car and no doubt the cleanest IROC-Z on eBay.You will not find another one like this anywhere. This is the first year they made the Camaro available with a 5-speed and a 305 TPI engine. These cars are almost impossible to find in 100% original condition.This vehicle waspurchasedby its original owner in 1987 and it was owned by him and was always stored in a garageunder a car cover. We also have a clean Autocheck for the vehicle as well and it shows the vehicle was never in any accidents or incidents. This Camaro also has an above average Autocheck score. This vehicle was very well taken cared of and it shows. This vehicle needs nothing but a new caring owner and a new home. The previous owner never smoked in this car and it was always meticulously maintained. This car was also ZIEBARTED at the factory. Which means the car was undercoated to ensure that it would never rust, and you will not find one spec of rust in this car!The original owner of this vehicle owned the dealership where this car was originally purchased from. This car was special ordered by him because you could not just buy a 5-speed manual off of the lot, especially with the option package that this owner wanted. The car was ordered with one thing in mind, PERFORMANCE! The car was ordered with the IROC handling package, 5-speed transmission, 305 TPI engine, Posi-traction rear end, hardtop roof, and no AC, and no power options. Also, when you ordered the 305 TPI with a manual transmission, the car came with a more high performance cam, giving you 25 more Horsepower. You could not order a 350 TPI with a manual transmission, so this was the best combination if you wanted a manual tranny car, and they are rare!This vehicle isabsolutely100% stock and nothing has been done to it. We believe all of the paint is original and this vehicle was never in any accidents at all. Every part on this vehicle still has its original VIN sticker, which means that none of the body panels were replaced at all. This vehicle is an absolute time capsule.This Camaro IROC-Z comes with both sets of original GM keys (two master keys and two door keys). We also have all the original owners manuals and booklets, original warranty booklet, the unused spare tire, the unused tire inflator, and jack. I even have the original sales brochure when the vehicle was ordered in 1987. I also have a copy of the original dealer's invoice that I ordered from the GM heritage society. This invoice also shows the horsepower rating for this engine combo and shows the HP increase.This vehicle was very well cared for and it shows. The maintenance all appears to be current and the vehicle is reliable and runs like a dream. The car had its original Goodyear tires still on it, but they were old and were replaced with brand new BF goodrich tires. We just installed a new battery less than 100 miles ago and we went through this vehicle from the top to bottom to make sure every single feature in the vehicle works the way it should, and I guarantee that. We have driven this vehicle 500 miles and it seems to be running and driving 100%. You can literally jump in this vehicle and drive it 2,000 miles back home without any problems. The motor and transmission fluids are all very clean and the vehicle has good brakes, good rotors, and new windshield wiper blades. The vehicle is ready to go now without any issues. The car steers arrow straightwithoutyou even having to hold the steering wheel and the ride is tight and responsive. I have posted two videos of the car and I have posted over 120 photos of the vehicle so you get an idea of what you are buying.The exterior of the vehicle is super clean. The body panels are all perfect and the paintwork is all original and in perfect shape. The paint is glossy and the vehicle looks like its only a couple of years old. You can see your reflection in the paint of this vehicle. The exterior is in great condition and super clean. There is no major flaws to point out on the exterior at all. Its just a great vehicle. There is nothing but the most minor wear.The interior of the vehicle is very clean. The seats are in pristine condition and the cloth fabric is supple and clean.The headliner and door panels are also in perfect condition and clean with no blemishes at all. All the trimmings and other interior trims are in perfect condition with no cracks or de-lamination. The interior is in fantastic condition in my opinion. The only interior flaws are a small blemish on the tip of the dash pad and some minor sun fade on the top part of the leather steering wheel.
