1955 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 stainless Additional Info:

This is a very nice 55 that I have owned for over 10 years. I bought it as you see it. I have never had to do anything to it except tires and shift cable of the beautifully smooth Cheetah Turbo shifter. It has been used by me as a Summer car . The car has "the Look" and "the Sound" to backup it's "mean Stance" I bought it from a younger gentleman that built it as a pro street car. The paint is 15 years old and still shows well. There are a few flaws that I show in the pictures The passenger's door has a bubble out at the bottom edge and the rear fender well has a chip, both were there when i bought it. Again this is a dry Florida car that anyone would be happy to own in it's current condition. The engine is a 396 bored to 408 cu. in. with 990 head, headers to mufflers and a Holly on Nitrous, I never have used the nitrous because I never have wanted to abuse the car while I have owned it. (I run a blown nose down 33 Willys on the strip ) The engine is "set back" and mounted with aluminum motor plate. The tranny is a Winters Performance built Turbo 400 reverse valve body, transbrake, and 3500 converter. The rear end combo is a Ford nine inch,4:10 and a spool. Yes, I run the "spool" on the street, it's a blast.
This engine combo makes it wind up like a small block but with that beautiful Big Block torque. It is priced very fairly. If you are in a buy mode for a 55 that does stand out with it's look and sounds you should come take a look. If you need more info contact me through ebay questions and answers.
