1959 Chevrolet Impala Additional Info:

This is one of the nicest 59 Impalas ever built.
No expense spared.
The car is absolutely stunning. The photos do it no justice. This is a Pro Built Pro Touring 1959 Impala 2 door hard top.
We have built a lot of 59s through the years and turned out some nice cars, but we pulled out all the stops on this one. We wanted to test our abilities on quality and fit and finish. So with no time limit and no budget, we set out to build one of the baddest 59s out there.
A good car to start with yields a better car in the end, so we searched long and hard for the best 59 we could find to build this car. We started with a 100% complete, extremely solid and nice, running and driving survivor 59 Impala. The car has its original floors, trunk, sheet metal, etc.
Stunning fit and finish throughout. Countless hours of assembly went into this car. Nothing was done quickly. Every aspect of the car is high quality.
You could not build a 59 impala to this level of quality for what it can be bought for. We started with a $35,000 car, invested $60,000 in parts, and the most costly part, the 2500 labor hours. Consider what a shop capable of this caliber of work would charge hourly. You can see that this wasn't a budget build by any stretch.
This car is fresh. It has never been to a show. Never had anyone in the passenger seat or rear seat. It has no rock chips or wear from use. It has 5 test and shake down miles. Its smells and looks new.
This is a nut and bolt rotisserie restoration. Nothing left untouched.
Extremely slick black paint over Laser straight body work. Lots and lots of blocking. Its not easy to get a 59 this straight! The paint and body are absolutely beautiful. Very nice gaps and panel fitment.
The trim on the car is extremely nice. Its all original trim, nothing aftermarket, lots of NOS. A lot of the anodized aluminum has been chrome plated. Every single piece of stainless has been completely restored and polished to show quality. All of the trim fits very well. Lots of hours spent on trim restoration.
Every piece of glass is new. All window frames re-plated. All the glass lines up great.
Amazing full custom interior by Cedillia. Custom bolstered bucket seats in front. The rear seat was blustered into individual buckets. Dakota digital VHX gauges. Retrosound stereo. Fully dynomatted. Dash and all interior moldings painted base clear, then wet sanded and buffed. Custom made carpet. All new stainless hardware. Every single seal, weatherstrip, felt, or anything rubber throughout the entire car is new. Custom trunk panels. Vintage Air and heat.
This car is as slick underneath as it is on top. The frame was stripped to bare metal, smoothed, and painted gloss black base coat clear coat. Beautiful original floors and trucks, which were also stripped to bare metal and painted base clear. All suspension and steering components are new and all painted or powder coated. All new hardware throughout the chassis and undercarriage.
Under the hood you will find that there was no expense spared here either. Every piece is either powder coated or painted base coat clear coat. It was all painted apart and separate. Every clip, bolt, fitting, and screw is new. Nothing left untouched. The motor is a GM performance 502 crate engine. It was sprayed in a Mercedes metallic bronze base coat and then matte clear applied on top. It has a Holley Sniper EFI electronic fuel injection setup. Lots of time and attention to detail went into the engine compartment. There are no hose clamps, most of the wiring is hidden, AC lines and heater hoses all routed out of site. All the power steering lines, cooling lines and hoses are black braided. Black AN fittings used on everything. Billet FrontRunner serpentine setup all Powers coated black. Mini power steering pump with remote reservoir. The oil pan and tranny pan are finned aluminum and painted to match the motor. Black Billet power steering and coolant reservoir. GM performance cast aluminum valve covers painted to match.Aluminum 4 core radiator finished in matte black with dual electric fan shroud setup. All black coated hardware on the motor. Black Hooker short headers. The firewall has been shaved. Black EFI setup. A matte black dual snorkel are cleaner was used for a vintage look with a glass black emblem. New wiring harness.
Full stainless exhaust with polished mufflers.
The wheels are custom built 2 piece billet wheels made by Intro Designs. 19x8 in front and 20x10 in the rear. They have angle milled and brushed face. They are wrapped in Z rated tired.
The brakes are c6 z06 6 piston 14" front 13" rear. The calipers are powder coated silver. All new stainless brake lines throughout the entire car. New Wilwood master cylinder.
The car has fully adjustable air ride suspension with Accuair air management. It has tubular upper and lower control arms and upper and lower rear trailing arms, all painted gloss silver. New modular drop spindles, all new bushings, bearings, seals, etc.
The doors open and close extremely well. The cars seals up very tight. It rides, drives, and handles awesome.
