1965 Chevrolet Corvette Standard Additional Info:

Up for sale is a super rare 1965 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible numbers matching! In 1965 Chevy produced 23,652 Corvette's and this one is unique. This is an A.O. Smith body built on September 15th, 1964 in Ionia, Michigan and it is one of only 434 cars built as a 3-speed. Final build date was November 9th, 1964. This car has had one repaint about 15 years ago in original Ermine White and Red Vinyl and looks stunning. Original bumpers re-chromed at that time and look amazing. Interior is original and looks very good and seats look great and have been redone. Car starts right up, runs, drives and stops flawlessly. Car has always been garaged and covered and never driven in winter. What is more amazing is second owner had car for 45 years and really took care of vehicle and it shows. Car is a low option unit with a numbers matching 327/250hp motor matched to original and rare 3-speed trans. The options on this car are (U69) AM/FM Radio and (N32) Teakwood steering wheel. Now for the other details, the lights, radio, wipers and horn work. Horn is weak but does work. Gas gauge, power antenna and clock do not work. Tires are like brand new, top is brand new and car runs amazing. This is a super clean C2 and will make next owner very happy. Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding.
