1972 Chevrolet Blazer Additional Info:

Here we have a 1972 Chevrolet Blazer for auction. This truck has had a nut and bolt rotisserie restoration with rite at 6,000 miles since completion. Anything and everything this truck needed, it got. I will do my best to describe this truck so there are no surprises for the new owner. The body was off the frame on a rotisserie, all corrosion was fixed properly and treated professionally. I personally did the body and paint on this truck and have done dozens of others. the entire tub was soda blasted before the repairs began. The doors, fenders, hood, inner fenders are all new. They and the tub were all primed and blocked numerous times to get the panels as straight as possible. The truck is very straight and clean. The paint is hugger orange and was sprayed in ppg base clear. The paint was color sanded and buffed to a high shine. The entire underside of the tub and interior of the tub were all sprayed with Raptor liner. It will ensure this truck never has any rust issues in the future. The top is a very nice single wall top, it has been restored inside and out and was resprayed with a texture thats very stock appearing. The paint is dull like it's supposed to be. All bumpers, grille, lights, lens's, trim, everything is either new or restored. All weather strips, bushings, etc. all new. The drivetrain is beyond overbuilt. The truck has a 383ci. small block crate motor that came with a dyno sheet. It's makes 420 horse at it's peak. I should mention I have all receipts for this truck. Well over $30k in parts alone. There is an aluminum intake, edelbrock carb that has been modified for off road use, ceramic coated headers, all new aluminized exhaust front to back, everything hanging off the motor is new, starter, alternator etc etc.The trans is a TH350 that was completely gone through and upgraded heavily. It will withstand way more power than this engine will make. It has a 1,000 rpm stall. Behind that there is an Off Road Designs doubler transfer case setup. Meaning two transfer cases setup for extreme low range. You can look all that up on their website. Its all very high dollar best of the best parts. It's held in by a very nice custom built crossmember. Both driveshafts are brand new CV shafts. The axles are the original Dana 44 front and 12 bolt rear. Both have all new ARB Air lockers, 3.73 gears, new bearings, the front has yukon chromoly axles, CTM u joints, all new brakes, ball joints, tie rods, etc. There is a 1" Off Road Design body lift to clear the transfer cases. All four leaf springs are new 4" lift Softrides, 4 new Bilstein shocks. The front towers were changed to taller versions to allow longer shocks. Also there is an ARB compressor of course to run the lockers. The radio hole was filled in and the ARB switches were mounted in that area. Who needs a radio when you have 420 horsepower of music under the hood! The tires are 34.5 inches tall, 12.50" wide, on 17" wheels. They are Toyo Mud Terrains. They have hardly any wear. There is a fifth tire and wheel setup that comes with the truck. The wheel is just a black steel wheel. The truck has an all new American AutoWire harness and fuse box front to rear. Very nice stuff! There is a tilt column in the truck, all new, also a tach dash, all new as well. The steering wheel is a very nice early 90's chevy pickup wheel. The dash pad, door panels, sill plates, is all new. Again, if this Blazer needed something, it got it. The rear hatch needs a handle put in it still. Besides that, you can add your own personal touches to make it your own. It's always stored inside when not driven. It starts and runs perfect, shifts, drives, and stops as it should. there is a lot of time and money into this truck. Someone will be getting a very good deal on this. There hasn't been a bolt un touched on this truck so if you have any questions whatsoever, please ask. This is not a mall cruiser, it was built to explore the backcountry of Montana and beyond and is so equipped. Now for the bs. Don't bid on this truck unless you are prepared to own it!!! If you want to make a deal before the auction is over, thats cool. Most of the vehicles I've sold on here never make it to the end. This is a 1972 Blazer, it's 45 years old. Yes it's almost all new, but it still drives like a 72' it's not a 2015 yukon so don't expect it to feel like one. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs associated. I'm more than happy to work with your shipper. I've done it many times. $1000 due within 24 hours of auction ending through paypal, the rest in full within 7 days. Wire payment through bank or cash in person only! No checks or money orders out of Korea please. Been there done that.

A few other things I should mention. The Blazer has a clear and clear Montana title all ready to go. The hood is a Goodmark steel cowl hood, the front seats are the original Blazer 72' seats. They have been completely rebuilt. The seat mount is a custom built mount that has a nice rifle holster between the seats. Very cool one of a kind. The Windshield has a good sized chip in it and should be replaced. The fuel tank is also new.
