1964 Chevrolet C-10 Additional Info:

Nice, unmolested, 1964 C/10, SWB. Excellent patina (original color was crystal turquoise). Runs and drives--starts every time, could easily be a daily driver. Original 230 motor w/1 barrel carb. manual overdrive, 3 on the tree. Shifts like it did in 1964. 12-bolt rear. New springs, shocks, and body mounts. New wheels and tires. New carpet. New weather-stripping. You can still see factory chalk on the lower firewall and on the frame near the rear bumper. Comes with the original heavy duty dealership rear bumper: "STEAKLEY BROS. - WACO TEX." Also comes with a second set of new tires and wheels (smaller, closer to factory size). All glass is good. I have the new heater hoses, just have not installed them. everything works except the gas gauge, haven't looked at it, but I know the wire to the sending unit is good, and the ground wire is good. Also comes with a new hardware for front sheet metal. I have a nice 292 being professionally assembled at a machine shop near by. If your interested in, we can discuss.
This is a really nice pick up. Lived in a garage or under a carport for most of its life. There were two small rust areas in the floor. They were cut out and patched before new insulation and carpet went in. No rust in the upper cab corners, which is common. Still has the original jack and lug wrench! Clear Texas Title in my name.
