This is a real SS427 car, you enthusiasts will know that it is one of 2124 produced. It had a complete frame off restoration completed about 6 years ago and has been driven about 500 miles since. The restoration was started some 25 years ago and the original owner passed away leaving this gem in the garage until I bought it in early 2009 and finished it. When I got it, the car appeared to have had all new floors. The quarters, fenders, trunk lid and hood have no repairs and I believe that they were NOS when the original owner started the process. It is totally solid including the rockers, inner fenders and other places that generally show damage. Remember, this car hadn't been on the road since the early '90s. Every component was rebuilt. It has mostly NOS trim including grill, lower rockers, hood lip, tail light assemblies, emblems, front and rear windshield moldings and more. It got new glass and new wiring harnesses' as well.Now. This car was built with a TH400 trans. I replaced every component with the correct parts to convert it to the Muncie 4 speed. However. I have every piece that you need to convert it back if you want, including the transmission, driveshaft, pedals, shifter and console.As you can see, it is a loaded car including factory air, power windows, power steering, AM-FM with rear speaker, gauge package, tilt column with walnut wheel, running lamps, power disc brakes and more.
