1978 Chevrolet G20 Van Custom Additional Info:

Custom Hot Rod Disability Conversion 1978 Chevrolet G10. This van is a great base to further customize with recent paint, a high performance drivetrain, cold A/C and 17" American Racing Torq-Thrust wheels. Great start to a pro-touring type ride.
Clean, uncommon short-wheelbase model, restomod, Custom Black Paint with Blacked Out Chrome, Gray Carpet interior with wood paneling and four captains chairs.
Disability Conversion with Ricon Lift with power sliding door, Ricon 6-way Transfer Seat Base, Hand Brake control. Low-effort power steering was also added. Disability equipment is all bolt-on, so it could be removed if desired.
Custom Blueprint 385 cid engine with ported Edelbrock Performer Cylinder Heads and custom-ground Comp Cams roller cam backed by Custom TH700-R4 Transmission with TCI Shift Kit and 3.42:1 Posi Rear End. Engine topped with ported Edelbrock Performer Intake manifold (with EGR Provision), Custom Carburetor Shop Holley Q-Jet Replacement Spreadbore Carburetor modified to 715 CFM. Milodan 7 quart oil pan, Mobil 1 Full Synthetic oil. Exhaust features Thorley Tri-Y headers flowing into a 3" Magnaflow exhaust system.

This was done right after break-in at just under half throttle.
Engine has ~ 35,000 on it, it runs strong and passes CA smog test easily. Horsepower is estimated at 400 + with around 500 ft. lbs. of torque. If you live outside of California and have no worries about smog check, this engine can gain more power by removing the smog equipment and adding higher performance products (such as a bigger intake, camshaft and exhaust).
Recent oil change with Mobil 1 full synthetic.
130 Amp "Mr Amp" alternator by Performance Distributors.
Hella HB2 Headlights.
17" American Racing Graphite Finish Torq-Thrust Rims with 235/60 Bridgestone Dueler H/L Ecopia Tires. Tires are in almost new condition. Suspension features Bilstein Shocks and Polyurethane Bushings.
Cold A/C (properly retrofitted to R-134a), recently replaced heater core. Vehicle has power steering, power brakes with Raybestos Power Stop cross-drilled rotors and semi-metallic pads.

Updated with some underhood shots.
This van also has had new weather stripping (made for the specific model), window channel seals and wiper blades.
All lights (both exterior and panel backlighting), wipers washers, blinkers and horn work properly. As mentioned previously the A/C & Heater work well (A/C gets quite cool).
Also when the engine was rebuilt I had a heavy duty aluminum radiator put in along with a new GM Heavy Duty thermal fan clutch.
