This car is really very sorted out and gone through. Interior:
Black On Black interior from seats to carpet in near perfect condition. All lights, switches and the entire wiring harness has been completely replaced. Door sills, Chrome, Center console are all brand new. All gauges again rewired with a new harness and or replaced. Oil, Temperature, Fuel, Battery Console Gauges brand new and working. Dash Tachometer and Speedometer working. Window cranks on all four windows brand new. Seats have been recovered. Carpet was replaced. Interior is clean. Windows are original windows. Some scratches and pitting. They are almost 50 years old...
Paint and body are just gorgeous. .Frame and Sub-frame are rust free. Car was taken down to the metal - any imperfections were replaced with metal.. After car was prepped a 8k Blue Le Mans paint job was added. The first comment I get at the weekend car shows is "GREAT PAINT JOB." Shows really well.
Drive Train: Small block engine is a real screamer! Approximately 425 hp. The 3.73 Posi-Trac rear is perfect ratio for fun in the city and cruise-ability on the highway. Drive-train and suspension has been gone through with recently balanced driveshaft and new u-joints. Brakes are in like-new condition. Brand new T/A Radials on SS rims. Car is always been babied, garaged and on a battery tender. Insured for $50K. Here's a list of the modification and restoration items.
  • $8,000 Le Mans Blue paint job in the last 1.5 yrs. Stripped to bare metal and there has never been any rust.
  • Completely new wiring harness installed throughout the car
  • Be Cool aluminum radiator with electric fan (runs cool in Nevada 100 degree summers)

  • 2000 Chevy 350 HO crate motor (less than 5000 mi. on it now)
  • Edelbrock aluminum heads, (10:1 compression)... runs awesome on premium pump gas
  • Comp Cams (.490 lift), Harkin roller rocker valvetrain and Magnum forged push rods (revs VERY freely)
  • Holley 670 carb, Edelbrock air gap intake. MSD 6AL HEI ignition system.
  • Hooker headers with Magnaflow exhaust system with turn-outs.
  • Sounds fantastic... Not too loud but very "cammy". (est. 425 hp)
  • Powermaster High output alternator
  • Edelbrock Hi-flow water pump
  • High performance fuel pump
  • Powermaster High torque starter
  • Royal Purple synthetic 10W-40 oil and filters always used
  • Transmission and rear end were just serviced with Redline fluids

A very thick folder full of receipts for almost all the work completed with a parts list will come with the purchase, included pictures of paint/body work. No heater hoses but the heater core is still intact. Wiper motor and wiper arms are not installed but will come with car.

There is well over $50K invested in this car. Really needs nothing to enjoy and drive. Paint is simply fantastic and I get compliments on it all the time.

Plenty of documentation, pictures and receipts will come with this car in addition to a ton of spare parts.

NOT 100% Sure but i believed to be an authentic SS/RS Camaro due to VIN number showing V8, multi-leaf rear springs and 12-bolt posi which only came on SS cars along with power front disc brakes as an SS option. In 1968 Camaro cowl tag and VIN numbers do not prove Super Sport. Car is selling NO RESERVE, AS IS _ NO WARRANTY!!! Nevada Clear title In Hand. Inspections are welcome.
