Hi, Up for sale is my 3 owner Los Angele, California born 1965 Chevy Impala ss. As you can see by the pics below this car is really nice inside and out. This is a documented 30,000 orig mile car as seen on the clean California title in my name. Car is currently registered and ready for immediate sale. Below I will try and describe exactly what I see and know about this car.
Starting With The Outside:One really clean repaint over a laser straight and rust free body done in 2010. Paint is a base coat clear coat Mercedes silver. Looks really nice in person. ...check out the pics. Car is always garaged kept and never sees rain. All stainless, both bumpers, all glass, etc is still the original and still in real nice shape. Headlight bezels, tail lights and housings, emblems, rear antennas, and mirrors are new. All headlights, taillights, turn signals work as they should.
Now For The Inside: I believe the interior to be original and in very good to excellent condition. I replaced the carpet, floormats, window cranks, door sill plates, armrest bases, rear view mirror bracket, and the inner door handles . Car has a factory air conditioning dash with all vents etc present. Would be nice with a Vintage Heat & Air kit using all the original stuff. I added a Bluetooth stereo system with a couple speakers for some nice tunes(wired for subs). All in all, inside is very nice.
Motor & Transmission: The motor is a 327 that runs very strong. Just gas and go. I upgraded a couple things with some chrome goodies and added a new quick fuel carbureto, Hei distributor, recorded the radiator, and did a complete tuneup and changed all oils. I still have the old parts that new buyer can have themif they want. Transmission is a 2 speed powerglide that shifts like new with no hesitation. This car has factory power steering and power brakes. You can stop on a dime. Drive daily or make it your wknd cruiser to your local car show or get together.
Wheels & Tires & Suspension: Car is currently rolling on a brand new set of staggered Dcenti wheels and tires. As you can see car looks great with the bigger wheels but for those of you that prefer the original look I have the stock 14inch wheels mounted on almost new tires with a clean set of ss hubcaps for a cheaper price. I installed a brand new 4wheel independentEZAir airride elite kit. It's a full bolt on kit so no cutouts were done. You can check out this kit on Ebay to check out the specs. It's a simple setup that works great. Trunk is very clean and rust free. I justsprayed aspeckle paint to clean it up. Also, I have a crowsfoot trunk mat that will be included. Undercarriage is all original and just as clean as the rest of the car.
This car is priced to sell so don't hesitate on this one. You will be hard pressed to find a better condition 1965 Impala ss anywhere on the web.... ive looked. I will sell this car before the 7 day auction ends. I've sold a few cars overseas and can help with the shipping to the LA ports at a reduced rate. Please serious only. I got tired of dealing with the Craigslist flakers so going to try on Ebay.
