Up for sale here is a very nice rare 1962 Impala Factory 4-speed car. If you want to do a car that doesn't need a lot of bodywork than this is for you. The old paint needs to be stripped off. The fenders are spotless, the doors have no rot on the seams or corners. The floor and rockers also are in great shape. The car has all original SS trim and grab bar. I also believe all the glass and stainless is the original. Not perfect but very nice. The interior has the original front buckets and rear seat. The rear seat is a bit sun blistered on the top. Sun visors are new. The headliner and carpet are in very presentable. The engine is a low miles small block. Very strong. The last owner put thousands into the mechanics of this car. Flow master exhaust system. Brakes are original drum. The trans is original Saginaw. Fresh clutch when he did the motor. I have hardly used the car for over 10 years. It needs the bottom of the trunk pan replaced. The part is just aver $100. I removed the gas tank ti have the pan fixed but never bought the pan. I can reinstall the tank if you prefer. It drives very well. If you prefer stock rims I can swap the Keystones out for you. It has a later 4-speed consol in it also. I have been collecting old cars for decades and it is time to try and let a couple dozen go. I come from the East coast and don't have rusted cars. Please call if serious.
