1961 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 bel air Additional Info:

This is a driven survivor. I am the 4th owner. The car has been modified only with a gm 1 wire alternator and hei distributor for drivability and reliability. It has manual brakes, steering and windows. All factory glass in good condition. The only option on this car is washerfluid. The front seat cover is torn. The rear looks to be repairable. The car is pretty clean and rust free except for a few spots. The worst area is behind both headlights and behind the rear tires, the usual 61 issues. It is a very solid car, solid, factory floors. The speedometer does not work, so neither does the odometer. The brakes were replaced to ensure safety. The car drives and rides great! Its really an experience. I have driven it from Kansas city to Tulsa, a 4 hour road trip with no issues. I use lead substitute in every tank of fuel, and try to run only pure gasoline( no ethanol). Its a real head turner and gets thumbs up everywhere you go. This is All Numbers matching and original equipment. The only thing that does not work is the radio, it lights up but no sound. Again, factory 283, powerglide combo. The trans does have a leak somewhere. Its not bad and I really only noticed it after letting the car sit over last winter. I do not drive the car much and always check the fluids when I do. This car drives great and is an unmolested survivor.

as far as after the bid ends, I expect a $500 deposit via PayPal with in 48hours please. Shipping and handling of the car is up to the buyer! I can store the car here for a certain amount of time as long as it has been paid for in full, and the buyer continues contact. Dont waste my time and I will not waste yours. Thanks and have a good day, feel free to ask any questions.
