1956 Chevy Bel Air Post Coupe

Custom Paint!!

Ghost Flames!!

Happy Days are here again….in fact….did they ever leave. If you forgot this 1956 Bel Air is an excellent reminder. Cars like this started it all. It was where the birth of speed begun on the streets of American. When you view the pictures of this vehicle it automatically brings you back to a time where the fun was cleaner and less trouble. Where cigarettes were rolled in your bright white T-Shirts and if you had hair Dapper Dan slicked it back. This era Chevy is timeless in its design and even today are so stylish and nostalgic that you can’t help but stare no matter your age. This particular Chevy is tweaked with some extras so please read on to find out! Let us know of any questions you may have!!

Exterior:

The exterior of this vehicle is almost one of a kind. It is truly driver quality so don’t expect to win concourse judging at a national event. But you may take home a trophy in the local parade or cruise night. The paint could use some attention in some areas but still presents very well. All the glass is in excellent condition except for 1 stone chip in the front windshield. The chrome shines very good and the wheels set off its presence. The body is all steel including the cowl hood. The antennas in the rear were frenched in and could use finishing. The body and floors along with the frame are solid. Please look at the pictures and let us know of any questions you may have.

Interior:

This is an older restoration and still looks great. It does have some embroidery in the interior and the gauges are fully functional and custom. A console was added to the Ratchet Shifter. An aftermarket stereo was also added to complete the sound of this custom interior. The carpets need attention. They are not ripped up however, they are old and worn and discolored. The headliner and door panels were also redone and look great. Take a look at the pictures and let us know of any questions you may have.

Drive-Train:

The original drive train has been removed and a 350 Chevy engine took its place. It has an aluminum intake and 4bbl carb. The tranny is a TH400 3 speed and shift properly. It has rack and pinion steering and runs and drives great. Dual exhaust sounds healthy and looks great with chrome tips out the back. Take a look at the pictures and let us know of any questions you may have.

In Summation:

These cars will never go out of style. So if you’re looking for a car that you can drive and show while you tinker with it in your garage or driveway, this may be a great classic for you. It looks awesome and there will NOT be one like anywhere near you. Give us a call to come and check out this American Icon!!
