Chevrolet, 1957, 50 Sedan Delivery

This weeks auction is for my rare 57 sedan delivery.

I bought this car several years ago as a body from a guy who had already lifted it off the frame, ebuilt the frame, ainted it black, et body back on frame then did the body work. Quarter panels have bondo in them and around the rear hatch still needs some body work.

The engine is a 396 with race ready turbo 400. 373 Camaro posi 12 bolt rear end.

New Parts, ot on car.

Door Glass, ew door and vent glass, ray tint.

Driver’s Side Door Mirror in box.

Shifter cover in box

Third brake light, hrome plated, n package.

Bow Tie floor mats in car.

Bow Tie Valve stem caps.

Other parts too numerous to mention, hown in photos.

Front tires are new, ave about 10 miles on them. Rear tires have about 50.

The doors on this car are kind of a mystery to me. They were originally 210 doors and the beltline holes have been filled in. Inside inspection cover plates have never been drilled out. Outside moulding holes have never been drilled either. The fenders are kind of the same way. Both have holes drilled for moulding and one has holes drilled for louvers. Fenders have been patched, ooks like with Bondo in the lower panels. The right one has rust by head light

Back wheels are later model Chevrolet. The Bow Tie hub caps that you see on car are S10 NOS. We painted the Bow Tie red because we were going with a Bow Tie theme on the car. One hub cap is missing during road trip.

I think I have all the interior moulding for this car.

Front bumper brackets, ost are straight, ut the centers are bent.

The heater for this car is the cheap heater, hich will need restored.

This delivery came with split front seat and a station wagon back seat.

NOS Fuse block, lready installed.

Car is cold natured, ut once it gets warmed up, atch out. This car was going to be my daily driver with occasional weekends at the midnight drags. Has not got there yet.

Tag is current, itle is up to date.

Not interested in any trades.

Sedan Delivery is a project driver.

No warranties on vehicle or parts.

I'm sure I have left a lot out, font>if you have questions or need to see all additional pictures, end me a message with your phone number and I will text you the link to the photos.

The motor mounts I purchased from a manufacturer in California. The mount towers weld to each side of the front cross member and utilizes the high performance motor mounts you can get from Chevrolet. The rear cross member came from a later model Impala, think, nd I set it up to be a bolt in cross member. This setup up mounts the engine the way it should be mounted and makes for a neat setup.

Car also needs starter solenoid because it will not hit on the starter. It will start for 3 or 4 days, hen when you go to start it, t will not hit. Let it set for 3 or 4 hours, hen it will start. I have a new one in the box, ot installed yet.
