For sale I have a 1948 Chevy dump truck. The truck has a 1990 turbocharged cummins 4bt Diesel engine in it. The truck is in excellent condition. I have done a lot to the truck and it is a very fair price for it. I have a bunch of extra parts that come with the truck. Also I have a set of brand new tires for the front. The tires on the front now are still like new. Here is a list of everything done on the truck- new paint job 1 year ago- custom built flatbed with 2" thick hickory boards- all new tires- new brakes were done 3,000 miles ago- new master cylinder- vacuum pump system for power brakes- the engine has a new lifter pump- new radiator with electric cooling fan- interior redone with the original seat.- new lights all around the truck with a led light bar on the front and back of the truck- backup camera for hooking up to trailers- custom trailer hitch- 3" chrome stack with muffler- undercoated underneath- rear end, and the hydraulic dump were both resealed
Now the bad- the windshield wipers don't work- the engine drips some oil- the truck only goes about 50-55mph- the speedometer doesn't work and all the other gauges arnt hooked up due to the diesel being 12 volt and the gauges are 6 volt- the floor mat has a hole cut in it under the gas pedal this can be seen in the images
This truck is very nice and I have lots of parts to go with it. The truck gets 18mpg. You can load up to 11,000 pounds into the bed and the truck will dump it with no problem. I have way over $16,000 into the truck but make me an offer.
