1979 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 3500 Silverado Additional Info:

1979 Chevrolet C-30 Crew Cab Dually with a 454 cid big block chevy and th-400 transmission. Truck is in driveable condition. The truck is rust free as far as I am aware, excluding surface rust where the paint has been worn through inside the bed. The body is straight and the tires are good. The truck has hydro-boost brakes, power steering, tilt column, bench seats, air conditioning (all there but not functioning), Holley carburetor, Edelbrock intake, flowmaster mufflers, HEI distributor, cd player, dual fuel tanks (both work and switch over), front and rear factory anti-sway bars, hitch ball and stinger receiver in oversized rear bumper, six and 7 pin trailer electrical hook ups, trailer brake controller, cb radio that doesn’t seem to work, camper special 10,000 lb gvw rating, secondary assist electric fuel pump before the engine’s mechanical pump, which is still there and functioning, new alternator, and new battery. Engine runs well and transmission shifts firm. If you are local, please feel free to come look at the truck in person. As far as I know this has been a desert truck its entire life. There appears to be an area on the paint faded by a sticker that shows it was some kind of work truck in the Modesto, CA area, then I picked up the truck in about 2006 and have used it to tow cars and boats for the last decade. The windshield has a crack, the driver’s side mirror is cracked, and it appears there was an under-hood fire at some point due to some of the a/c and heater blower motor wiring being gone. The passenger rear area of the bed of the truck is about 1” low, appears to have a little sag.

Here is a link to an album with more detailed photos of the truck. Please inspect carefully.
