This is my one-owner car which hasn't been driven much in the last ten years though it is still tagged. It has 140,000 miles. It runs but can't be driven more than a block or so right now because it has a leaky p/s pump and a leaking rear-end. Here's a walk-around of the vehicle, which will allow you to hear the engine running:
As you can see the body is in decent shape but there are serious floorboard and birdcage rust problems. This is shown above and in the attached pictures. I would also like to note that the tires on the car have plenty of tread with only about 10,000 miles on them but they are almost a dozen years old. This Corvette has the multitude of mechanical problems you would expect in a car this old. Oddly enough it's required little maintenance over the years: a clutch and a couple of brake jobs were the only major items.
I have the title to the car and all maintenance records from when I purchased it new in 1980. Transferring the car to a new owner will be a cinch. I hope to find someone locally here in South Florida for a quick and easy sale.
This vehicle could be best described as a project car or as a vehicle intended for parting out. Obviously this sale is as-is.
