1964 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe L75 Additional Info:

This is a 1964 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe Project car. The original exterior color is code 923AA Red with Black Vinyl interior. I believe the original engine was the L75 327 cu.in/300 h.p., but has a dead 1969 327 in it now, the engine casting # is 3932386 and date coded L-30-8 and has a FB code stamped on the front. It has its ORIGINAL M20 4-speed wide ratio transmission still in it, casting number of 3851325. Has the last 6 digits of the serial # stamped in the left side and date code of P-0211 and also has its original posi rear end with 3.08 gear ratio coded CJ 63. Has (A01) soft ray tinted glass, rear window date code is NG and is in real nice condition, both door glass is also coded with NG code, passenger side is real nice, driver side has a few light scratches, the vent windows are coded VC, front windshield has been replaced at some time and is not original.Has power brakes J-50 option and power windows A-31 option, I powered the window motors and they work fine.Paint has been all stripped so theres nothing to hide, has been bumped up front drivers corner needs repair and lower valance area also, from the cowl back the body is in very nice condition, excellent doors, drivers rear quarter still retains the inner fender lip, roo, decklid area, rear of car all look very good, small repair on passenger rear quarter, cowl area, floor pans are in excellent shape. The metal birdcage looks good, the metal rain gutters or driprails above the doors are rotted and do need to be replaced. The rear window stainless trim is all there, the front window trim has been removed but is present.Has the spare tire carrier still under the car.The frame needs repair on the drivers side at back of door area, looks like mostly on the bottom side of frame for about 16 inches, rest of frame looks solid with just surface rust. Has very nice dash pads with no damage, center dash area has good vynal covering thats not damaged.Looks like everything is all there and hasnt been removed but needing to be restored..This would be an Excellent car to restore.
