i have here a 1983 chevy crew cab 4x4 silveraldo 30 brought as a project truck but have a different truck im still building and need more funds to finish this is a running driving project/driver ive got it running and have put 100 miles or so on it runs good new fuel pump.4 new rear tires have only 3000 miles on them and fronts are probley 50% orginaly a 6.2 diesel previous owner installed a 1993 6.5 diesel that he said has 15,000-20,000 miles and has some upgrades to help with cooling has dual thermostates and a high flow electric fan on it truck has a sm465 manual transmission and a np205 both work well transmission shifts smooth and clutch feels good as well. has a dana 60 front hd axel with 4.10 gears and a dana 70hd rear with 4,10 gears as well truck driveterain seems super soild cuple of small leaks.only has one working fuel tank and thats the drivers side passengers has a hole in it.all the glass is in great shape has manual windows they work but need used or lubed a little stiff. the body is pretty straight but does have some rust issues rockers have bubbling same with the doors and as well as the upper door jams floor pans are soild. tailgate has a bow to it but still latches and closes has a 87 silveraldo grill.. and the previous owner installed two aftermarket ignition switch under the column because the one in the column failed works but kinda goofy.dash lights are burnt out or dont work never had time to look at them. its a ac cab and all ac stuff is there but doenst work i dont think it was ever charged after the engine swap. the tailpipes where removed so it open exhaust about the middle of the bed kinda loud but sounds good. AS FAR AS DRIVING IT HOME I WOULD NOT REALLY KNOW WHAT TO SAY ON THAT AS I HAVE NOT DRIVIN IT FAR ENOUGH TO ESTABLISH REIBILITY YET. THAT WAY A BEING SOLD AS A DRIVER/PROJECT TRUCK..
