1990 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 Additional Info:

This is the first year of the ZR-1 and a significant piece of Corvette history. It is equipped with the factory Lotus LT5 V-8 and the 6 speed manual transmission. The ZR-1 was the first of the modern era "Super Vettes" costing about twice that of an ordinary Corvette! It was developed to put Corvette back on the world stage as a real player up against Ferrari and the like, and it proved itself to be just that by winning race after race! It is equipped with the Lotus designed LT-5 V-8 with 4 cams and 32 valves. The Lotus engine was assembled by Mercury Marine and shipped to Bowling Green Kentucky Plant for final assembly. This example has been garaged and babied it's entire life. All records since new. Original window sticker, manuals and brochures! It has new tires and new fuel injectors and runs like new!
