Has up for auction a rare and beautiful American classic.

The 1957 Cadillac Eldorado Seville two door hard top had by far the cleanest lines of any of the cars of its period. It was a rich man’s car that back then it had a price tag of at around $9500.00

This example is stunning inside and out. It’s finished with a Camelot Gray Metallic re paint and new period correct green interior. I was told that this Texas car underwent a restoration in the 90’s but I have no record of when nor any restoration receipts to provide.

The exterior is excellent. Only a very small “dime size” paint chip where the hood closes near the windshield. The chrome, glass, fits, rubber molding, wheel covers, wide white Goodyear tires and underside are all very excellent.

The interior shows brand new. That includes the seats, headliner, carpeting, steering wheel, dash pad and gauge package. The period correct fabric seating, door panels and plush padded dash are all excellent. Added was air conditioning that blows ice cold. Not working is the original radio.

Other equipment includes six way power seats, electric trunk release, electric antenna, “Autronic-Eye” automatic high beam dimmer, power windows, brakes and steering. All four electric windows open and close effortlessly and tight.

The trunk has its original jacking equipment. The trunk pan is excellent and finished off with period correct carpeting and the authentic Cadillac trunk mat.

The original power plant consists of a 354 ci/325 hp motor with the very rare option twin 4 bbl carbs. (The twin pots in 1957 were a special order that only came standard in the Brougham model.) That enhanced the horse power from 300 to 325. Very few Eldorado Seville models came off the assembly line with the special ordered twin Rochester 4 BBL carbs.

She runs strong and quiet. No leaks nor blow black of any kind. Duel exhausts were standard on the

Eldorado. The mufflers have a nice throaty mellow sound.

Driving her is the very best part. The car performs just as it did in 1957. She runs strong, straight and stops on a dime.

There were only 2100 El Dorado Seville models were produced in 1957. No telling just how few there are left.

1957 SERIES 62 ELDORADO line was further distinguished by placement of the "Eldorado" name above a V-shaped rear deck ornament and on the front fenders. The rear fender and deck contour was sleekly rounded, and the wheel housing was trimmed with broad, sculptured stainless steel beauty panels. Also seen were pointed, "shark" style fins pointing towards the back of the cars. A three-section, built-in front bumper was another exclusive trait of the Eldorado.

So if you’re in the market for a luxury American classic that almost no one else has than this beauty is for you.

We are offering the automobile at what we consider a very reasonable price. The few that are out there are either priced way higher or in need of restoration. This on needs nothing.

Unlike other classic car dealers who photograph their cars in professionally lighted studios or on Hollywood driveways, we at Fuzzy Dice shoot our pictures on our premises using only a point and shoot camera. So what you see it what you get. Most time even better in person.

Best of luck bidding!
