Offering a 1940 Cadillac seda, no engine or transmission, was indeed a previous restoration decades ago, but unfortunately left outside. Will require another restoration but a very nice car There are no cracks or broken glass. The car is mostly straigh, has a crease dent on passenger doo, drivers side lower door has a small area rust spot. The rest in solid and very good restoration candidate. We have no titl, will be out of the DMV system. Bill of sale and statement of facts gets in registered in California. Each state has there own rules and regulations. Please check with your states rules or policies. Some customers in the past just started a new Dmv process in their own state rather than going through California. Driveline not included with sale. No engine or transmission

All My banks put 10 day holds on out of state checks. Someone just purchased an item and my bank put a hold on a business check for 10 days, it's 2018 and we still have to wait to get paid slowly.
