Up for sale is this 1978 Cadillac Seville. This beauty has been in my family since the day it came off the showroom floor. It has been garage kept its entire life and been regularly maintained. We still have the window sticker and bill of sale, warranty papers, every paper that came with the car when it was purchased new in Mansfield, OH July 26, 1978. My Aunt originally purchased the car new, then my father purchased it from her in 1989, he kept the car until last year when I decided it would make a great car for my soon to be 16 year old son. Unfortunately my son (and wife) don't realize how awesome this car is. I wanted to get the car perfectly ready for him, therefore in the last 100 miles I replaced the outer fuel pump, fuel lines, spark plugs, spark plug wires, all 8 injectors,egr valve, new radiator, thermostat and all fluids. So my work is your gain, the wife says it has to go.
It is amazing the mirror like finish this car still has even though it is almost 40 years old. It is the original paint (except the bumper filler, which I also just replaced and had painted). The original spare tire is still there and has never been inflated, even the tire inflator is still in the trunk. The glass is all in really nice shape. The factory jack and tire tool are still there.
The car has the oldsmobile 350 engine in it and also has the super rare and desired Dunlop of England wire wheels. 8 track player with factory Cadillac CB

It is overall in really, really great shape. I have included a pic of a couple of blemishes right above the drivers door handle.The only other issues that I am aware of - power antenna doesn't work properly,small blemish in the trunk deck picture included. There is a small brake fluid leak, from the location of the drip I am assuming a rear caliper. There is an area on the drivers seat where the stitching is coming loose, see pic. There is some rust on the wire wheels, I have not found my bucket of elbow grease to clean them yet. Other than that nothing that I am aware of, that being said it has obviously not been a daily driver for me and my longest trip is probably 25 miles in the car. The tires have less than 1000 miles on them.

It is a really sweet looking car and be prepared, everywhere you go people want to talk to you about the car, it is a real head turner and has such a cool factory stance. It is a cool classic ride, but has a comfort that is of times gone by.
