I purchased this car at an estate sale, a true one owner car purchased new, owned, maintained, and garage kept by the same man from brand new till I purchased car. Truly a nice, reliable, road ready, classic Cadillac. I wanted to make certain I could enjoy the car, jump in, turn key and cruise anywhere I want to go trouble free. So upon purchase I went over the car completely, replaced heater core (big job) at same time replaced water pump, all hoses and belts.
New cap, rotor, plugs, wires, changed all filters and fluids with Cadillac recommended parts, serviced a/c and blows ice cold. Everything was in accordance with dealer standards, proper additive was added to the coolant, appropriate trans fluid, oil etc all used. There are many other Cadillacs out there but I assure you very few are as road ready as mine. This car will literally take you anywhere in style. Eldorado is in amazing shape through and through, trunk, interior, under hood, under carriage, body etc. a straight up clean reliable car. Just recently turned over 100k, I have put about 10k on the car myself, odometer just rolled over from 99,999 driving down to Wildwood NJ classic car show. Only negative thing I can really say about the car is that the power antenna for the radio does not work, it is in the up position and that is where I leave it.
There are truly no disappointments with this Cadillac, fly in and drive home, she will get you where you are going. I have owned a few of these in the past, all the lower mileage cars come with the qualities of a car that has been sitting or not used, all the issues that have already been addressed on my car.
