1962 Cadillac Other CONVERTIBLE Additional Info:

"My Cousin Vinny" - For Sale is my 1962 Series 62 Cadillac Convertible. This car is the exact make, model, year and color as the car Joe Pesci drove in the classic film, My Cousin Vinny. Stunning Pompeian Red, white convertible top, factory Cadillac true spoke wheels, 1 1/4 inch white wall tires, beautiful, iconic tail-fins! Original mileage unknown. Believed to be all original and correct. It's a great turn-key cruiser that starts right up every time, idles like a sewing machine, runs like a Cadillac should, and stops on a dime. Power steering and power brakes make driving effortless. The car was always well maintained and it shows - it just recently went through a complete service last year where anything needed was done. Parts were replaced as needed such as the brake system (master cylinder, shoes, etc..), carburetor rebuild, new fuel pump, head covers, transmission service, all belts, all fresh fluids, etc.. All the headlights work, as well as the tail/brake lights, interior lights, turn signals, power seat, horn, etc... The power windows all work, and the power convertible top goes up and down with the press of a button. The body is in great shape and straight as an arrow! The frame is solid and rust-free, the floors and trunk are solid. The chrome is in excellent condition and other trim is in very good shape as well with very few minor imperfections from age. Carpet and interior are all in great shape with minimal wear from use. It also has the convertible top boot (cover for when the top is down), it fits nicely and does its job. Overall, it's a beautiful Cadillac that's ready to drop the top and go for a cruise across the country. Not a perfect show or museum car, but rather a really, really nice driver that commands attention and is guaranteed to draw a crowd where ever it goes, something you would be very proud to drive and take to a car show to show it off or take for a drive and enjoy with the family. I even installed front and rear seatbelts.
