1994 Buick Roadmaster Additional Info:

1994 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon, Prestige options package, 5.7 L LT1 engine. 139,000 miles. If you are looking for a Roadmaster to restore, this is a good candidate. Not pristine, but it is a solid car for a non-collectible price.
I am the second owner. Old school Detroit, rear wheel drive, body on frame construction. This is one of the last classic GM designs, same platform as all the 1990s Caprice Classic police cars & taxis.
Purchased new for $30K in Palm Beach, FL, and was always garaged there until I purchased it in 2011. It has only seen five winters of snow, so the underside is in extremely good shape. Non-smoker. Runs and drives beautifully, by far the nicest car I've ever owned. Power everything, leather seats, alloys, climate control, fold down third seat, towing package with heavy duty engine cooling, etc. See the image of the original window sticker for all the details. Seats 8 people. Will carry 1200 lbs. in the car and can tow 5000 lbs. This vehicle will do anything a truck can do, but it drives like a car. I haul full sheets of plywood and 16' long lumber.
I've kept up with all the maintenance and have most of the records. Oil changed every 3000 miles. Rear tires have 80% tread, front tires have about 30% tread left. Engine does not burn oil, runs fantastic, huge power. Transmission was replaced in March 2016 with a rebuild from Transmatic in Vestal, NY. Shifts flawlessly. Interior is in very nice shape. Paint is in very good condition, washes up nicely. Some minor dings here and there, but nothing that can't be cleaned up. Heater works great, windows all work fine. Overall, in very good shape for it's age.Solid car inside and out, runs fantastic. I am relatively easy on cars. I've owned this since May 2011 and it has been my daily driver. I urge you to come and drive it. It is a real monster.
The only main issue that I'm aware of is the AC. It hasn't worked for about a year, not sure what the issue is. Completed repairs and minor issues are listed below:
Completed Repairs/Maintenance:
5/2016 water pump replaced
3/2016 Transmission replacement with a warranty rebuild/Transmatic, Vestal, NY
1/2016 thermostat replaced
2015 Supershocks installed on rear(these are great)
2015 Front brakes replaced
2013 starter replaced2013 exhaust pipes replaced2014 new Interstate battery
Issues:
---Minor surface rust on the body near the tailgate, and near the rear window hinges on the right. See images. Other than that, the body is rust free.
---AC needs work. Not sure what the problem is, hasn't worked for a year or so.
---The Buick medallion on the front hood is broken off(available used or on eBay)
---The rear wiper arm needs to be replaced. I have the wiper, but the arm part that attached to the motor is broken, again, these are available used if you look around.
---Minor interior issues: a carpet stain(red gatorade/soccer practice) on the left backseat floor; the door interior panel on the driver's door is cracked and loose, but all the controls work; I think one minor seat tear; a couple holes in the ceiling fabric.
---Remote keys don't work. They did when I bought it, then they both quit at once. Not sure why.---The driver's side mirror is cracked.---The driver's control switch for the front passenger window needs to be replaced, under $30 as an aftermarket or used part(all the windows and motors work fine).---Needs an alignment. As described, the front tires have about 30% tread left on them and I was just waiting to do the alignment when I replace the tires.---I have a spare alloy wheel but I don't have a tire to go with it.
I've never sold a car online, so I am trying to be as clear and honest as possible(because I would expect the same if I was buying). Please contact me with any questions. I will also try and get more detail images up in the next day or so. Send me a real email from a human and I'll send you a phone number.I'd like it go to somebody that has the time to baby it. I really love this car, but it's time. Clear title. Cash or Certified Cashier's Check.
If you want the car shipped, I'll do my part with it if you set it up. I'd prefer you just come and pick it up, though. Thanks---
